FDA approves technology to help monitor medications

Pretty cool technology approved now by the Food and Drug Administration. It means doctors now have the ability to check on their patients remotely. The Food and Drug Administration has approved a digital pill that can be swallowed. It's the size of a grain of sand, and can monitor whether patients are taking their medications appropriately. The sensor is also designed to give doctors feedback on the patients' heart rate and activity levels.
