Do you have a pet peeve with state regulation - some silly red tape you'd like to cut? Thanks to Lubbock State Representative John Frullo and a handful of his colleagues in the Legislature, here's your chance to get rid of it.
For example, it is illegal to have a job in Texas that involves shampooing someone's hair without a cosmetology license. The only way around it is to get a specialty certificate in shampooing. But the certificate first requires you to become a shampoo apprentice.
