LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A Lubbock grand jury indicted James Guilbeau, 27, on Tuesday for evading arrest resulting in serious bodily injury and possessing a controlled substance.

You might remember, Guilbeau is the man authorities say led them on a high speed chase across Lubbock and Crosby counties back in July.  The chase came to an end when police say he purposely crashed his car, head on, into another car.

Investigators say during the video you can see Guilbeau throwing drugs out of his window.
