City, County Respond to Cemetery Lawsuit

The City of Lubbock and Lubbock county have formally responded to a lawsuit over missing graves at the Lubbock City Cemetery.

In some cases, officials cite a statute of limitations, saying a few of the claims are too old to sue over. Attorneys for the relatives say it is "necessary that these claims be heard and decided."
