The Hockley County Sheriff's Office is requesting assistance in locating Bobby Joe Cisneros. Cisneros has two active felony warrants for Stalking and Obstruction/Retaliation.

Cisneros is approximately 5'6" tall, weights approximately 140 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
