LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Lubbock police are asking the public for help identifying an alleged hit-and-run driver from a July 11 accident at Stripes, 5802 98th.

Police say a woman was driving her GMC Sierra pick-up truck onto the Stripes parking lot to the north of the gas pumps when the suspect driving a light blue Hummer backed up, striking the truck in the right passenger door.

As the victim parked her truck, police say, the Hummer driver hurriedly drove off the lot without leaving information necessary for an accident report.

If you can identify the driver in the surveillance photos, police ask that you call CrimeLine at 806-741-1000, or email Rhook@mylubbock.us.
