Texas Tech season opener to be televised

From Texas Tech Athletics:

LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech's season opener against Northwestern State on Sept. 1, will be televised on a regional basis by Fox Sports Southwest Plus at 6 p.m. CT.

Texas Tech has two games set for telecast in the first three weeks of the season, as announced by the Big 12 Conference on Wednesday afternoon.  Tech's final non-conference matchup against New Mexico on Sept. 15, at Jones AT&T Stadium, will be carried live by Fox College Sports at 6 p.m. (CT).

The lone road game of the non-conference season for the Red Raiders will be played out at Bobcat Stadium in San Marcos against Texas State.  That game will kickoff at 6 p.m. (CT) and will be televised digitally on WATCHESPN (ESPN3).
