Lubbock Man Sentenced To Probation

A Lubbock man is sentenced to probation in a torture case.

The jury sentenced Shane Wilkins to 10 years probation and a $10,000 fine. Wilkins was accused of taking part in the torture of Frank Beck.

Beck says that he was beaten by Wilkins, his boss Phillip Clark and Moe McLaughlin last year. Wilkins could have received up to life in prison.

In March, a jury sentenced Phillip Clark to 50 years in prison. McLaughlin's trial is scheduled to start July 19th.
