Lubbock man jailed after BB-gun drive-by

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A Lubbock County man is in jail Friday after shooting another person with a BB gun.

18-year-old Dylan Kane Ledbetter is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Police say he drove by a man and shot him in central Lubbock late last month.

Authorities say Ledbetter was also caught with a bag of marijuana.
