If you are a senior citizen, and have not yet signed up for the Medicare Discount Prescription Card, help is available.
Lubbock's second "Medicare Drug Cards 101" workshop is scheduled for Tuesday. It will be held from 10 a.m. until noon at the Byron Martin Advanced Technology Center at 3201 Avenue Q, Room 103.
A workshop is also scheduled for Tuesday in Levelland. This one is specifically for Spanish speaking seniors. It will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Hockley County Senior Citizen Center at 1202 Houston Street.
Both workshops are free of charge.
