Abandoned house burns on Auburn Street

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A fire broke out Saturday afternoon in an abandoned house in the 2000 block of Auburn Street.

No one was inside the home when the fire started around 2 p.m., but we're told that homeless people have been known to sleep there.

Fire officials are still working to determine the cause of the fire.
