Barrier removal requires temporary closure of I-27 exit ramp

On Thursday, September 6, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will close the northbound I-27 exit ramp to the Marsha Sharp Freeway (MSF) to allow crews to remove a portable traffic barrier.

The ramp will be closed after the morning traffic rush and work will take 2-3 hours to complete. Northbound I-27 traffic will need to find an alternate route to access MSF.

Work will take place weather permitting.
