Indictment in Hit and Run Accident

In April a 56-year-old pedestrian was injured in a hit and run accident. Today, a Lubbock grand jury indicted the driver.

Lubbock police say 19-year-old James Rodriguez fled the scene after hitting Carolis Lee Green at the intersection of 16th and Avenue Q. Green suffered non-life threatening injuries. But Rodriguez is now charged with failure to stop and render aid.
