City Officials Break Ground At Fiesta Plaza

On Wednesday morning, Lubbock City Officials broke ground on the Fiesta Plaza. It's located in the Buddy Holly Recreation Center in the Jim Bertram Lake System. When completed, Fiesta Plaza will contain an outdoor stage, a covered pavilion, and a boat dock.

Construction on the plaza is scheduled for completion in December.
