South Plains SPCA hosts adoption event Saturday

The South Plains SPCA will be hosting an Adoption Day Saturday, along with a public microchip and donation drive.

The event will be held at the South Plains SPCA at 5724 40th on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Come out and meet adoptable dogs, puppies, and kittens this Saturday and bring home your new best friend!

We will also be doing microchip implants for $20, so if your furbaby doesn't have a microchip, now is the time to get one!

We also would appreciate any donations! You can drop them off the day of the event. Some of the items that are needed most are:

dry dog food

dry and canned puppy food

dry cat food

cat litter

puppy milk replacer

towels

blankets

pet toys

leashes and collars (all sizes)

shampoo

puppy pads

paper towels

household cleaners

*We will gladly accept used items and open bags of kibble
