HOCKLEY COUNTY, TX (KCBD) -

Early voting began Monday in the Republican runoff election for Hockley County sheriff.

A judge last week threw out the results of the July 31st runoff election.

R.C. Cheek originally won that election, but a recount gave incumbent Paul Scarborough the win.

All polling locations closed in the last election will be open Monday.

Election day will be September 18th.
