Wal-Mart will stand trial, after a lawsuit alleges that the retail giant discriminates against its female employees, both in the way they are paid and promoted.

Monday a judge in San Francisco says there is evidence to back up that claim. The class action lawsuit covers every female who has worked for any Wal-Mart nationwide since December of 1998.
