The trial of a 43-year-old former LISD Psychologist continued Tuesday.

Terry Tennison is charged with indecent exposure, following an incident last July where the clerk at Nothin Butt Smokes on Slide Road said Tennison exposed himself. Both the clerk and a police detective have testified so far. The state rested Tuesday afternoon, and the defense began their case.

If convicted Tennison faces up to six months in jail, probation, and a fine.
