Lotto Robber Caught On Tape - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A man looking to win some easy money is now wanted by Lubbock Police. Surveillance video shows a Hispanic man going inside a store then stealing lottery tickets. The robbery happened Monday morning at the 7-11 convenience store at 2524 Parkway Drive.
