Joe Lee Guy Hearing Continues - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

At the federal building here in Lubbock an evidentiary hearing continued in the case of Joe Lee Guy.

Guy questions the fairness of his 1994 trial which resulted in a death sentence. He was found guilty in the capital murder of a Plainview man. The hearing resumes on Friday.
