A former LISD Psychologist received a probated sentence. 43-year-old Terry Tennison was found guilty of indecent exposure on Thursday. 

On Friday, a Lubbock jury gave him a 180 day jail sentence, probated and a fine of $2000. That means if he follows the rules of probation, he will not have to serve any jail time.

Tennison was found guilty of exposing himself to a clerk at a drive-thru at a "Nothin' Butt Smokes" store last July. He resigned from LISD after the incident.
