Lubbock man dies from injuries after moped accident

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Last Wednesday night's motorcycle accident near 4th Street and Flint is now fatal.

Christopher Rodriguez, 21, died this weekend. He was riding a moped when he collided with another car.

Police will map out the accident scene Tuesday. Once the investigation is complete, the case will be turned over to a Grand Jury to see if any charges will be filed.
