Abuelo's Makes Lubbock Home Of Corporate Offices

A Lubbock company is planning a major expansion. Food Concepts International is creating an estimated 23 news jobs with an annual payroll of $1.2 million.

FCI is the parent company of Abuelo's Mexican Food. Currently FCI has 19 restaurants across the country and plans to have 50-plus by 2007.
