Lubbock Grand Jury Indicts Man For Intoxication Assault

Downtown at the Lubbock County Courthouse a Lubbock Grand Jury indicted a man on one charge of intoxication assault.

According to a police report, 56-year-old Cruz Bustillos Otero failed to yield the right of way and hit an SUV at the intersection of Parkway and MLK. The traffic accident happened on April 17th.

A 5-year-old in the SUV suffered a skull fracture, but has since recovered.
