A Shallowater man accused of downloading sexual images of young children received his sentence this week.
Ruben Cuellar, 42, has been sentenced to 188 months in prison along with 10 years of supervised release and must also register as a sex offender.
Cuellar was arrested back on March 13th after federal agents say he collected child pornography and then made it available to others using "peer-to-peer" computer software.
