Texas Gets An 'F' for Graduation Rates

Some bad news from the education front. Texas ranks last in the number of students who graduate from high school.

A 2003 study by the Census Bureau shows 77% of Texans 25 years and older have a high school diploma. That comes when the U.S. average is at an all-time high of 85%.

This is the second straight year Texas has had the nation's lowest graduation rate.
