A lot of people believe in cranberry juice. A new study takes a stab at that, but admits one benefit. After reviewing data from 24 studies, British researchers have decided that taking cranberry pills or drinking cranberry juice does nothing to prevent bladder or kidney infections. There was a small benefit in women with chronic urinary tract infections. Realistically, though, the study showed those women would have to drink two glasses of cranberry juice a day to help prevent just one infection.
