Texas Tech to begin accepting bowl ticket requests on Tuesday

LUBBOCK, Texas – A thrilling 56-53 win over TCU in three overtimes has made the Red Raiders the second bowl eligible team in the Big 12 Conference, and Texas Tech will begin accepting bowl ticket requests from season ticket holders and Red Raider Club members on Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m.

Texas Tech is giving first priority to 2012 football season ticket holders and Red Raider Club members at the $100 level.  Those individuals can submit their bowl requests beginning tomorrow morning online at texastech.com or by calling the athletics ticket office at (806) 742-8324 or (806) 742-8300.

Texas Tech is 6-1 on the season and ranked No. 14 in this week's BCS standings.  The Red Raiders face No. 3 Kansas State on Saturday in Manhattan at 2:30 p.m. CT on FOX.
