SUV & 9-Year-Old On Bicycle Collide In Street

A Lubbock girl is in serious condition after she was hit by an SUV Thursday afternoon.

The accident happened in the 2500 block of 35th Street around 6:30pm Thursday. Lubbock Police say the 9-year-old was riding her bike when she collided with the SUV. EMS took her to University Medical Center.
