Lubbock-Cooper High School National Honor Society is partnering with several other clubs and organizations to serve the community through the third annual event called "Halloween for Hunger."

On Sunday, October 28, the members of the various organizations will be "trick-or-treating" for cans of food. All of the acquired canned goods will be donated to the South Plains Food Bank. Students will be collecting this food between the hours of 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. in neighborhoods located within LCISD boundaries.

Canned goods may also be left on the doorstep or can be brought to the high school on Monday, October 29, during regular school hours.
