Temperatures are crossing over into triple digits this Fourth of July weekend. So you'll need to protect yourself to try and beat the heat.
- Make sure you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Apply sunscreen fifteen to thirty minutes before going outside. Re-apply sunscreen every two hours.
- Wear sunglasses.
- Stay in the shade when possible. When you can't see your shadow, you're standing in direct sunlight, so you're most likely to get burned.
