Battery Joe FAQ

What are the steps required to obtain tax exempt credit?
If you are a tax-exempt entity, you can take advantage of your tax-exempt status quickly by simply completing our online credit application by clicking here. Following our review and approval of your completed online credit application, you will obtain a tax exemption on all future orders and purchases for your company at your local Battery Joe store location. If you choose not to set-up a credit account, you can continue to purchase batteries through your customer account as a tax-exempt entity by paying your balance at the time of purchase.

What if I don't have a local Battery Joe store location and still want to make a purchase?
We encourage any customer, no matter where you may be located to give us a call or email to do business with us. Although we may not do business face-to-face, we always strive to exceed your service expectations. We have the ability to ship almost any battery we sell to you, wherever you may be located.

Do you have any restrictions on what types of batteries you can ship?
Over 95% of the batteries we currently stock are able to be shipped directly to you within the time you need. The only restrictions are wet cell automotive batteries and lithium batteries (li). If you need automobile batteries shipped, we offer high-quality sealed products such as Odyssey or Optima batteries. If it is a primary lithium battery you need, we must ship via UPS Ground.

What are my payment options?
We accept Cash, Battery Joe Gift Card, Personal or Business Check (with proper identification), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

What is your Return Policy?
At Battery Joe, we strive for ultimate customer satisfaction.
