Jaws used on rollover in North Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A woman had to be cut from her car after a rollover in North Lubbock County Sunday evening.

A passerby saw the car about a quarter mile north of CR 1729 on North University, which is a dirt road, around 8:45pm.

The car had flipped several yards off the roadway.

The passerby noticed the woman was stuck, was afraid to move her and called 911.

Jaws of life had to be used to free the woman.

It's unknown how long she had been in the car.

DPS says her injuries are not life-threatening, but she was cut up and could have several broken bones.
