Lubbock Police In Search Of Weekend Robbery Suspects

Two weekend robberies leave Lubbock Police in search of two different suspects.

The first robbery took place at the Sonic Drive-In, in the 5200 Block of 50th Street just before 11pm Saturday night. Tuesday Lubbock Police released a picture of the suspect from Sonic's surveillance video. Police say the man showed the car-hop a silver pistol, took her money and then fled the scene.

The second robbery happened around 5pm Monday afternoon at Santa Moon at 6227 Slide Road. Witnesses say the man showed a gun and then took money from the register. The suspect is described as a white male, around 18 years old. He was last seen wearing all black.
