1/4 c. 2% milk
1 can of large flaky biscuits (in the refrigerated section)
1/2 package of bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 bunch of green onions (chopped)
Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl beat the egg with the milk and set aside. Cut each biscuit into quarters and add to the milk and eggs. Dump in the chopped green onions, chopped crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese. Bake for 25 minutes on 350. Serves 8 normal people, or 4 hungry Cajuns.
