Suit Against Lubbock Cemetery Could Grow

A Lubbock attorney says a list of plaintiffs suing the city cemetery over missing graves could grow to include as many as 70,000 people.

Attorney Steve Clause says that could happen if a judge grants the suit class action status. Clause adds that he expects the current list of 70 plaintiffs to grow because of a 112-page city document that says as many as 4,000 graves are missing due to poor record keeping.
