Vacant home consumed by fire on 48th Street

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A vacant house went up in flames Sunday evening.

The Lubbock Fire Department responded to the 2200 block of 48th Street and Avenue V just after 6 p.m.

The fire marshal's office is investigating the cause of the fire. No other nearby homes were affected.
