One airline is hoping to have you sweating in your seat soon. Later this month, Song Airlines will begin offering passengers in-flight exercise equipment.
For $8, travelers can buy an elastic band to stretch or a ball to squeeze. The move is aimed at promoting health and competing with rival low-cost carrier JetBlue which already offers an in-flight exercise program.
The equipment also comes with a how-to manual to guide passengers through the workout. Song Airlines says the workout will allow passengers to work out their whole body in their seats without bothering other passengers.
