17-year-old father to be charged with injuring 2-month-old baby

From Lubbock County Sheriff's Office:

On November 28, 2012, Lubbock Sheriff's Deputies responded to 19109 cr 2400 in reference to a 2mo old child, unresponsive and not breathing.

Upon arrival deputies administered CPR until EMS arrived and were able to resuscitate the infant. The infant was transported to UMC via Aerocare, where he was discovered to have sustained multiple injuries. The infant is listed in critical condition at this time.

At this time the infants 17 year old father Jayden Z. Hamilton is in custody at LCDC awaiting charges of "injury to a child" to be filed. Additional charges are not pending at this time, but are possible.
