With World AIDS Day tomorrow, we've talked about the issue in America, but HIV is a global problem. In fact, a record number of people in Britain are living with HIV.
Paul Ward from Britain's Terrence Higgings Trust said, "Well, this World AIDS Day the UK will essentially reach a hundred thousand people living with HIV, that's quite a sad milestone. Yet in many ways there has never been a more optimistic time because for the first time in three decades we have the ability to halt HIV in its tracks."
Ward says at risk groups in Britain include gay and bisexual men and African communities.
