TAHOKA, TX (KCBD) -
A rollover accident near Tahoka killed a Midland man Thursday.
DPS troopers say Daniel Pennell was driving north on Highway 87 around 6 p.m. Thursday.
Investigators say he was near the Lynn County line when he veered away from the center lane and crossed through the median where he rolled his truck.
He landed in the path of a semi driven by Joseph Martinez of San Antonio who hit the driver's side of Pennell's truck.
Pennell was pronounced dead at the scene.
