Meet and greet Raider Red and support National Champion Mascot bid

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Meet and greet Raider Red and support his National Champion Mascot bid from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Saturday at a tent in the parking lot of Always Tan, 4601 South Loop 289 in Salem Village Shopping Center.

Support Raider Red and his efforts to win 20K scholarship for Capitol One National Championship Mascot Competition.

He is in final four, and voting goes through Sunday night.  Final two will be announced Monday before another week of voting.

Winner will be announced December 17th and presented check at Capitol One bowl in January.

Contestants:

1)      Texas Tech University's Raider Red 

2)      University of Miami's Sebastian the Ibis

3)      Colorado State University's Cam the Ram

4)      University of South Carolina's Cocky the Gamecock
