LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

More coaching turnover is on the way for the Texas Tech football program. One day after head coach Tommy Tuberville resigned from Tech to coach Cincinnati, WKYT in Kentucky is reporting that Neal Brown has accepted an offer to be offensive coordinator at the University of Kentucky.

The move is expected to be made official on Monday.

Rumors of Brown's departure have been swirling for several days as his name was linked to not only the Kentucky position, but other non-BCS head coaching jobs.

Under Brown, Texas Tech's offense heads into bowl season with the 12th ranked offense in terms of total yards and the nation's number two ranked passing offense.
