Defensive coordinator for Titans interested in Tuberville's job

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

KCBD has confirmed that Jerry Gray, defensive coordinator for the Tennessee Titans, has reached out to Kirby Hocutt showing interest in former Texas Tech head coach Tommy Tuberville's position.

Jerry Gray graduated from Estacado High and played for the University of Texas in the 1980s. He broke into the coaching ranks at Southern Methodist University before coaching in the NFL for Buffalo, Washington, and Tennessee.
