A former Lubbock Police officer was indicted by a Grand Jury on Tuesday.
The panel indicted Blake Littlejohn on a charge of violation of civil rights. Littlejohn resigned from the force after he was confronted with allegations of sexual misconduct following at traffic stop at 19th and Avenue L on June 6th. According to a witness, a 20-year-old woman was escorted into the officer's vehicle after a traffic stop and that's when the woman alleges she performed a sex act at Officer Littlejohn's request.
Littlejohn faces up to 2 years in jail if convicted.
