CPS workers and volunteers joined together on Saturday to wrap presents for the "Christmas Is For Kids" program at the Children's Advocacy Center.
All the gifts that have been donated so far were piled up waiting to be wrapped.
With all the volunteer elves in place, they had more than enough hands to get the job done in time for the big gift-giving event Sunday at the Holiday Inn.
There the kids will receive gifts, have cookies and get to meet Santa.
The coordinator for Christmas Is For Kids believes no child should ever go without Christmas.
Event coordinator Shawn Vandygriff said, "No children should be without Christmas - that's our goal and that's what were here for. All these case workers who come out here on Saturday to devote their time and Sunday to devote their time, that's warming, especially with all the tragedy we have been having lately. Every kid should have Christmas."
Christmas Is For Kids helps about 750 children with Child Protective Services each year during the holiday season.
