Alejos AnayaFrom Lubbock ISD:
Lubbock High School Orchestra teacher Alejos Anaya resumed
teaching duties at LHS on December 17.
Due to clearance from the State Board of
Educator Certification, a reduction in the charges to a Class B misdemeanor and
his stellar teaching record, Anaya was reinstated.
He has agreed to several
conditions surrounding his continued employment, including a change of his
contract to a probationary contract. We are pleased to put this matter to rest
and continue the outstanding orchestra program at Lubbock High School.
