BREAKING NEWS: I-27 shut down - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Highway I-27 has been shut down.  

All lanes both northbound and southbound have been closed at I-27 and Exit 13 near Abernathy due to a multiple vehicle accident.

Crews from the Lubbock Sheriffs Department, DPS, Abernathy PD, New Deal PD and Roosevelt PD are on the scene. A triage center has been set up at mile marker 17.
