Kliff Kingsbury talks at length with KCBD

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

New Texas Tech head football coach, Kliff Kingsbury, spoke at length with KCBD Wednesday afternoon about a number of topics.

Kingsbury spoke with KCBD Sports Director, Pete Christy and answered questions ranging from his rise from quarterback to head coach to his status of most eligible bachelor in Lubbock.

In the interview, Kliff breaks down the number of big name coaches he's learned from throughout his career, names like Spike Dykes, Mike Leach and Bill Belichick, to name a few.

"The common denominator is the work ethic", Kingsbury said of the coaches he's learned from. "All the coaches I've been around worked harder than anybody in the office and that's why they're so successful."
