It has been a December to forget for the Texas Tech Red Raiders basketball team. The Red Raiders have gone 1-4 in the month of December and have lost three straight. That streak was snapped on Friday evening.
The Red Raiders defeated North Carolina A&T by a final score of 85-74.
Dejan Karvic scored 22 points leading all players in scoring.
Freshman Dusty Hannahs added a career-high 21 points in his second career start.
Jaye Crockett had a double-double with 20 points and 14 rebounds.
The Red Raiders improve to 8-4 while the Aggies of North Carolina A&T fall to 5-8.
The Red Raiders will play their final non-conference game of the season on December 31 against Florida A&M. Tip off is set for Noon.
